How to Make a Purchase
To shop on our website, you need to register.
Registration is done by clicking on the "Register" button located in the upper-right corner of the homepage. A window will appear where you need to enter your email address. After that, an automatic message with further steps will be sent to your email. We recommend saving this message in case you forget your password. Then, on the displayed page, enter your password and confirm it by clicking the appropriate button. The homepage of the site will open, and your name will appear at the top of each page as confirmation of successful registration.
Note: After successful registration, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activities conducted on your account.
If you already have an account, simply enter your email address and password, then click "Login." If you have forgotten your password, fill out the form for a new password to have it sent to your email or contact our customer service.
At this step, you need to provide the billing information if you haven’t already registered, as well as the address where the package should be delivered. Delivery address details are required for the location where you want to receive the shipment. Users who selected the “Delivery to a different address” option will need to enter the delivery address in the "Special Notes" field.
Please ensure that all details are entered accurately to facilitate delivery. Incorrect data may result in the return of your shipment and slower delivery.
Products are organized into categories, which you can browse like a catalog. Each product line is represented by a photo of one item, providing a basic visual reference for the product. Once you find the product you wish to order, click "Add to Cart."
When you're done adding products to your cart and are ready to order, click on "View Cart," where you can see all the products you've added. You can specify the quantity of each item or remove products if you change your mind. After each update, click "Update Cart." When you're satisfied with your cart, click "Continue," and the "Payment" button will appear in the top right corner.
At this stage, you need to provide the billing information if you haven’t already registered and the delivery address for the package. Before confirming your order, you can review all the details: what you've ordered, your billing information, delivery address, payment method, delivery date, shipping costs, total price, etc. If everything looks correct, click "Order," and your order will be created. You will automatically receive a confirmation email with your order details.
If the ordered products are available and ready for processing, our operator will contact you within one business day from the receipt of the order to verify your details and confirm the order. Once we confirm that your order can be processed as requested, we will send you the order confirmation. The sales contract is considered concluded only after you receive the confirmation email from Dermamedica. If we cannot confirm the order, we will inform you.
